Ph3Deputy Commercial Team Leader PAOP Bergamo /h3 pJoin to apply for the bDeputy Commercial Team Leader PAOP Bergamo /b role at bIKEA /b. /p h3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY /h3 ul liTake responsibility for your department goals in every channel and secure that your action plan ensures the country priorities for CMP. /li liFollow up and act accordingly by using proven solutions and good examples. /li liEnsure the Unit is in excellent shape and that the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers in every touch point. /li liApply active sales steering to unit’s top-selling products, prioritized products and IKEA service products in every channel, with correct forecasting and phase‑in/phase‑out, to maximize sales and long‑term profitability. /li liBe brave on commercial opportunities or threats to face a fast‑changing business environment by monitoring the main KPIs, evaluating relevant input from your local market, investigating local customer needs and their feedbacks in all the channels, and analyzing stock availability. /li liBe an active speaking partner with your Store Commercial Team and your matrix in HQ to have effective collaboration between the Unit, the Store and the HQ, by keeping an active eye on the competition and sharing best practices and proven solutions. /li liProactively work with PC department to ensure the right number of competent colleagues in the right place at the right time, guaranteeing the best customer experience for visitors, and plan and offer a professional service with a core area approach in mind. /li liEnsure your team has the right growth mindset and sales attitude, the correct knowledge about the product range, and the IKEA services so they can share this with customers and exceed overall expectations on shopping experience. /li liRecruit, onboard develop your team, individual members, and their talent to keep engaged colleagues and ensure succession planning. /li liBe an active player in working on sustainability initiatives with the team through ensuring sustainability priorities are reflected across the store offering. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE /h3 ul liProven experience in Sales. /li liKnowledge of Sales techniques, local market and services, Sales Steering, Sales channels, Cycles, Data Analytics and Sales KPIs, PL. /li liAbility to make things happen, prioritize, and make decisions while championing flexibility, speed, and simplicity. /li liStrong interpersonal skills to build trustful relationships. /li liOrganizational and prioritization skills for different tasks and processes. /li liAbility to identify business opportunities and create high commercial performance. /li liAbility to follow up and measure performance of outputs and capture learnings to improve planning and performance. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3WE CARE FOR PEOPLE /h3 pAt IKEA we cultivate an inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcomed, accepted, respected, acknowledged for its uniqueness and where we work together in a supportive climate regardless of age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, family situation and ability.
