What You Bring:
1–5 years of professional experience in recruitment consultancy or client-facing roles
Resilience, energy and a results-driven attitude
Excellent communication and people skills
A real hunger to build a successful, long-term career
Consistent track record of meeting targets and KPIs
Willingness to commit fully on-site in Malta and be part of something great
Fluent English and eligibility to work in the EU.
