YOUR ROLEYou will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI systems including RAG-based architectures, chatbots, and NLP solutions, supporting innovation across digital channels.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and services.Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.Build and deploy conversational AI solutions, including chatbots.Develop NLP-based components for text understanding and generation.Work with AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker for model training, deployment, and orchestration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.Support testing, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI systems.Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services.Experience with:RAG architecturesChatbot developmentNatural Language Processing (NLP)Amazon BedrockAmazon SageMakerMandatory: good working knowledge of AWS CloudUnderstanding of REST APIs and cloud-based application architectures.Good proficiency in Python and SQL.Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts.Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.Professional fluent in English, native Italian speaker.
