The RoleThe IT Business Analyst reports hierarchically to the Group IT Manager – Applications and is responsible for managing and overseeing IT Applications projects for the headquarters, foreign and Italian branches, with a strong focus on ERP Infor LN implementations and upgrades.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will:
* Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization in collaboration with business stakeholders
* Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications, facilitating effective communication between IT teams and external partners
* Propose standard and innovative solutions to enhance business processes, maximizing the value and capabilities
* Manage new implementation and upgrade projects with the support of external consultants
* Create and manage project documentation and perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and integrated processesYour SkillsThis is a great opportunity if you have:
* Proven and solid experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, with a track record in ERP implementation, customization and project lifecycle management
* Have a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Systems
* Solid project management skills, including experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
* Excellent communication and listening skills
