Your Responsibilities
Identify, assess and monitor subsidy and grant opportunities relevant to the organizationSupport the preparation and review of subsidy applications, financial plans and budgetsDesign, implement and maintain a full P&L monitoring process and related reportsBuild and simulate financial models and scenarios to support business plans, budgeting, ROI calculation, and decision‐makingPerform detailed analysis of financial results vs. forecasts and prior periods, highlight risks, and support cross‐functional teams in identifying root causes and countermeasuresDevelop a global reporting architecture across countries, customers, cost centers and contractsDefine and implement standard processes for budgeting and reporting, focusing on efficiency, simplification and continuous improvementTrack actual vs. planned financial KPIs, explain deviations and provide insights on cost structure, SLAs and transfer prices in collaboration with AccountingSupport overall business growth and advise management on key business drivers
Your Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in economics, with focus in accounting and financePrevious work experience in controlling, ideally in an international matrix companyProfound knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting processes, and reportingStrong business analytical skills, data interpretation and a high level of attention to detailExperience with financial software, such as SAP, MS Office (esp. Excel) and MS Dynamics, business informatics skills preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in an understandable wayExcellent knowledge of English; Italian and/or German as an advantage
