PpFor our client, cross‑countries company leader in the education system for both private and public sectors, we are looking for an: /p h3IT Specialist /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libServe /b as the primary IT point of contact for Italy, coordinating day‑to‑day IT operations and projects. /li libEnsure /b compliance with corporate IT standards, security policies, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR). /li libCoordinate /b the rollout and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. /li libProvide /b hands‑on support and troubleshooting for end users, escalating complex issues as needed. /li libCollaborate /b with the Corporate IT team to support enterprise platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Blackboard LMS, Classlife SIS, Business Central ERP…). /li libManage /b local IT vendors, service contracts, and coordinate third‑party support. /li libSupport /b onboarding/offboarding processes, asset management, and inventory control. /li libFacilitate /b training and IT awareness sessions for regional staff. /li libAssist /b in implementing and tracking regional IT budgets and procurement. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of IT experience, preferably in a multi‑site or international environment. /li liSolid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure AD…), networking basics, and endpoint management. /li liExperience with user support, service desk operations, and vendor coordination. /li liFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices. /li liStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liExperience in the education sector or similar service‑based environments. /li liExposure to cloud‑based systems and SaaS environments. /li liUnderstanding of data privacy and Italy compliance. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
