* People management: plan and monitor store organization, motivate and train the team.
* Store operations: supervise day-to-day activities in accordance with company procedures.
* Sales: analyze data to improve KPI.
* Customer Experience: ensure effective management of the customer process.
* Contract: full-time, shift schedule Monday to Sunday.
