Experteer Overview
In this role you translate business rules and non-functional requirements into technical specifications within the architectural framework. You shape feasibility analyses, detailed design, and support the development team through delivery. You participate in IT planning, stakeholder management, testing, and contract requirements. You break down requirements into User Stories, weighing options with clear justification. You contribute to complex retail banking solutions in a hybrid Milan setup.

Responsabilità
* Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
* 6+ years experience in the same role in a complex environment
* Excellent knowledge of IT architecture in place (for the relevant domain) and technical flows
* Advanced experience in REST & SOAP application services development
* Experience in front-end solution design
* Proven experience in application development with JAVA on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot
* JUnit testing, Test Driven Development and Spring Integration testing
* Good knowledge of issue and code versioning tools (Azure and Git)
* Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL)
* Good knowledge of Agile paradigm and Scrum methodology
* Good knowledge of UML standard
* Good knowledge of microservices architecture and domain design model
* Good knowledge of retail banking business
* Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
* Synthesis and analysis and Systemic Vision
