You will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures and support identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team. The work model for the role is contributing to the Smart Power division in Frosinone. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliInitiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements. /liliNegotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions. /liliRecommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval. /liliVerifying external capacity of all suppliers and approaching new ones on the market. /liliAnalyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliYou hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Managerial Engineering. /liliInterest in developing your career in product engineering, supply chain or purchasing area. /liliKnowledge of main Mechanical technologies used in industrial processes would be a nice to have. /liliKnowledge of SAP is considered a plus. /liliVery Good knowledge of English (level B2) and Italian, written and spoken. /liliGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PPT). /liliStrong interpersonal skills, ability to manage different tasks, good communication skills. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliCompetitive compensation: Attractive salary packages and performance bonuses.
