The role is responsible for category planning and sourcing execution for a group of indirect categories (e.g. ICT, consultancies, facility services.) including market scouting and vendor management, tender preparation and execution, order and contract management. This role contributes in maximizing value and quality perceived by the business together with fully adherence to procurement policy and procedures. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pPerform spend analysis in order to find spend optimization opportunities (e.g. definition of framework agreement, pricelist, etc.) Execute category management for Dompé Indirect spend categories under responsibility being responsible for : /p ul liMarket assessment, supplier scouting and onboarding, vendor management; /li liTender preparation and execution, price benchmarking and negotiation activities, continuous improvement in terms of quality, service, and total cost of ownership in-line with business requirements; /li liSpot buy management; /li liOrder creation and management, contract management; /li /ul pEnsuring compliance to all Dompé processes and procedures. /p pCollaborate with procurement team to promote continuous process improvement, cross categories opportunities identification. /p pCollaborate with key business stakeholders and other key functions (i.e. finance, legal) to streamline and optimize the full PTP process. /p pSupport Procurement strategic projects (e.g. process re‑engineering, procurement PTP systems optimization, supplier rationalization, tail spend reduction, etc.) /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's / Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economy, Supply Chain, Project Management or related disciplines; /li liExperience in similar role preferably in the Pharmaceutical / Life‑science industry or in Consultancy. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liCompetences and knowledge of Procurement capabilities (e.g. sourcing management, vendor management, order management). /li liProcurement experience in a global environment. /li liIndirect category experience required. /li liKnowledge of SAP and best‑of‑breed e‑Procurement P2P tools. /li liKnowledge of Office suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). /li liGood communication skills. /li liAbility to deal with change and resistance. /li liAbility to negotiate contracts and establish vendor relations. /li liFluent in Italian spoken and written. /li liFluent in English spoken and written. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liResult oriented. /li liWork effectively in a team environment. /li liAbility to work with people at all levels. /li liAbility to prioritize work and deadlines. /li liLearning agility. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
