Additionally, Jelly Belly, known world-wide for its confections, was acquired in November of 2023. /ppManager, Retail Analytics Work Location and Schedule Job Location : Chicago Want to make an impact? /ppThe Retail Analytics Manger is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing data-driven insights to support retail execution across multiple retail channels, including Walmart, grocery, and convenience stores. This role will lead performance tracking, scorecard development, and automation efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals for sales growth, retail execution, and return on investment (ROI). /pulliNOTE /liliThis role can be remote /li /ulpWays you will make a difference /ppbRetail Performance Measurement Scorecards /b /pulliDevelop and maintain industry-standard retail scorecards for Direct Retail, Walmart Grocery Brokers, and Convenience Brokers, incorporating KPIs. /liliImplement benchmarks and goals aligned with industry standards and company priorities. /liliEnsure scorecards provide actionable insights for broker managers, account teams, and leadership. /li /ulpbRetail Execution Optimization /b /pulliPartner with Broker Managers to ensure data-driven decision-making around execution priorities. /liliTrack new item cut ins across Walmart, grocery, and convenience channels. /liliDevelop and refine KPIs for store-level execution, including distribution gaps, display execution, and sales impact. /liliSupport Direct Retail Team’s performance tracking including incremental sales tracking and productivity goals. /liliEstablish and refine an ROI measurement framework to assess the effectiveness of retail teams. /li /ulpbData Automation Initiative /b /pulliLead collaboration IT and Org Data Teams to automate reporting processes. /liliDrive efficiency by reducing manual data work and integrating real-time retail analytics. /liliIdentify and implement new tools to enhance reporting accuracy and execution tracking. /liliWork jointly with Broker Managers and Account Teams to enable prioritization including KPIs. /liliDevelop a structured feedback loop to ensure insights drive retail execution improvements. /liliParticipate in weekly and monthly account meetings to align data priorities and business needs. /li /ulpbBudget Strategic Planning /b /pulliSupport and oversee retail execution budgets alongside direct report. /liliIdentify areas of improvement in spend efficiency and maximize ROI through data-driven insights. /li /ulpbSkills that will make you successful /b /pulliAnalytical Mindset : Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights. /liliCollaboration Communication : Strong ability to work with broker managers, account teams, and IT to drive alignment. /liliProcess Improvement : Identify and implement efficiencies in data automation, reporting, and retail execution tracking. /liliResults-Driven : Focus on improving sales, execution, and ROI through data-backed decision-making. /liliRetail Industry Knowledge : Understanding of merchandising, display execution, and store-level performance drivers. /liliLead through Ambiguity : Demonstrate strong leadership through change with clarity, adaptability, and a strategic mindset. /li /ulpbExperiences that will support your success /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in Retail Analytics, Category management or Retail Execution /liliStrong experience with scorecard development, KPI measurement, and retail data analysis /liliProficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools. /liliUnderstanding of Walmart, grocery, and convenience retail dynamics (e.g. broker vs. direct teams) /liliExperience working with self-reported retail data, POS data, and merchandising execution tracking. /liliStore ability to interpret data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. /liliProject management and process improvement experience, with a focus on automation and efficiency. /li /ulpbWhat We Offer /b /ppAtFerrara,we'reproudtosupportouremployeeswithcomprehensivebenefitsthatenhancehealth,financialwellness,andincludepaidtimeoff(PTO). /ppEligibleemployeesmayalsoreceiveanannualbonusbasedoncompanyperformance. /ppbThe salary range for this position is $110,00 to $153,000. /b /ppFerrara’s success in industry-leading innovation has been driven by deep consumer insights, strong retailer co-creation and partnerships, and a dedication to diversity of thought, experience, and people.
