Start & Go Innovative Solutions is building and growing a new team of IT specialists to develop and implement customized IT solutions for high-profile clients.

The company currently has five operational offices in Italy: Siena (Headquarters), Rome, Milan, Bologna, Parma.
Work location: Full-remote with occasional requests for presence at our offices. The hiring location can be at any of the operational sites.

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will participate in activities for one or more projects:
* Developing custom software based on modern technologies, supported by senior colleagues who will guide your growth.
* Working on functional analysis and closely collaborating with clients from the start, attending meetings that will give you comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the project you are working on, with support from senior colleagues, while developing communication and problem-solving skills.

Contract Type
Depending on the candidate's skills, we offer two options:
* If during interviews, skills are assessed as not immediately suitable for autonomous work (or up to 1-2 weeks of onboarding), an internship (curricular or extracurricular) of up to 6 months will be offered, aiming for a permanent apprenticeship contract.
* If skills are assessed as suitable for immediate autonomous work (or up to 1-2 weeks of onboarding), an immediate permanent apprenticeship contract will be offered.
Salary
* Salary will be commensurate with experience, applicable to all employment types, including internships, which will also be paid.
