What is the Operations Talent Program?

The Operations Talent Program (OTP) is a graduate program designed for brilliant new graduates to accelerate their growth toward dynamic career opportunities within EssilorLuxottica’s Global Operations.

The new edition of the program emphasizes digital transformation, data integration, and smart technologies, fostering a new generation of tech-driven leaders.

The program is held in different Operations Hubs: Italy (Agordo and Milan), France (Créteil, southeast of Paris), USA (Dudley), Thailand (Rayong), Brazil (Duque de Caxias), and China (Dongguan). It lasts a total of 2 years. You will be assigned to a specific hub based on your interests, qualifications, and business needs (specific roles vary between Italy and France).

You will start in November 2025. Over the two years, you will explore the expansive world of operations, learn about various industry topics, and experience the industrial environment where technology, innovation, and product passion are central. After completing the program, you will have the opportunity to continue your growth at EssilorLuxottica, either within the same function or in an international location.

How is it structured?

From day one, you will be assigned to one of the Operations & Product Functions (such as Manufacturing, R&D Lenses and SmartEyewear, Wearable Manufacturing, Business Process Improvement, Automation, Cybersecurity), while participating in various training activities. After one year, you will rotate within the same function, allowing you to broaden your perspective, learn different areas, acquire new technical skills, and be mentored by inspiring leaders.

To support your professional development, on-the-job training will be complemented by a structured learning path. You will begin with the Academy, which lasts six months and provides an overview of operations and foundational knowledge. During this period, you'll engage with the program and the company, building a strong community with fellow trainees. Subsequently, you'll deepen your understanding of management topics through collaboration with a top European Business School, fostering strategic skills for a career in operations. Finally, you'll apply your knowledge through an individual project, working on an innovative initiative and presenting it to company leaders.

Must Have requirements :

* Degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics, obtained in the last year or expected graduation in 2025.
* Maximum of 1.5 years of work experience after earning a Master’s Degree.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Significant intercultural experience through at least 4 months of studying or working abroad.
* Availability to start in November 2025.
* Eligibility to work in the country of application without requiring visa sponsorship.

How does the selection process work?

Apply online as soon as possible. You can choose your preferred location: Agordo or Milan (Italy) or Créteil (Paris, France). Your start location will depend on your profile and role fit. If eligible, you'll complete an online assessment evaluating personality, cognitive abilities, and English proficiency (if applicable). Successful candidates will proceed to an online interview with Talent Acquisition experts, followed by virtual and on-site interviews with business leaders. The application deadline is September 30th.
