Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.ResponsibilitiesProcess and verify incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulationsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in timely mannerAssist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payableCollaborate with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Treasury, Accounting) to ensure smooth operationsSupport audits by providing documentation and explanations related to payablesContribute to the improvement of AP processes and ERP system functionalitiesContribute to the amministrative management of the purchase orderOther dutiesYou may be asked to support additional finance-related tasks as your role evolves. xlwpduy Your skills, experience, and qualifications requiredMaster's degree in Accounting and Finance (with honors)2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accountingFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Strong knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles and VAT regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office toolsAccuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesGood communication skills and a collaborative mindsetFluency in Italian and good knowledge of EnglishAvailability of travel to the company location in Emilia-Romagna on a weekly basisWhat we offerLocation:According to the Italian Law (L.68/99 ) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.#J-18808-Ljbffr
