Job Description ADR Infrastrutture, Società del Gruppo Aeroporti di Roma, which handles construction, maintenance, and modernization of airport infrastructure, aircraft parking areas, and airport facilities, is seeking: Planning & Control Expert The candidate, reporting directly to the process owner, should have 3-5 years of experience in management control on projects, preferably in infrastructure or construction sectors. They will be part of the Administration, Finance, and Control department. Main Activities and Responsibilities Develop project budgets aligned with scheduled timelines, in collaboration with site management and technical departments; Update project budgets based on actual and forecasted changes; Prepare site reporting in accordance with central control and finance functions; Collaborate on Sensitivity Budget preparation with the Planner; Monitor economic progress and deviations from the budget, comparing costs and revenues; Manage project needs regarding procurement, resources, and equipment; Oversee purchase requests necessary for project execution; Prepare monthly progress and performance analysis reports for management. Requirements and Experience Good knowledge of MS Office; Understanding of different types of works; Knowledge of construction methodologies; Understanding of industrial accounting; Proficiency in Microsoft Project and CPM; Ability to read technical drawings and projects using CAD; Preferably, knowledge of Primavera P6.
