Adecco Financial Services, a specialized branch in Credit & Banking, is recruiting for an investment company in non-listed real estate across Europe, part of a leading international banking group. We are looking for a Personal Assistant (Fixed Term).
The selected candidate will support the Global Chief Investment Officer by providing assistance in daily activities, including:
1. Organizing the agenda
2. Managing correspondence
3. Organizing internal meetings with clients
4. Preparing presentations for events
5. Drafting internal documents
6. Organizing business travel
7. Managing expense reports
8. Handling attendance tracking system
9. Maintaining paper and digital archives
Requirements:
* Previous experience in similar roles within multinational environments
* Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2)
* Diploma/Degree
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Additional qualities: accuracy, flexibility, attention to detail, discretion.
We offer a 12-month temporary contract. The salary and classification will be evaluated based on seniority (within €30K-€32K).
