As Business Development Director, you will play a crucial part in driving growth for the organisation’s CDMO services across Italy. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppIn this role, you will be expected to: /pulliIdentify and develop opportunities with prospects and targets. /liliBuild and nurture relationships with new and current customers. /liliExecute strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. /liliCollaborate with internal teams, including project management, quality assurance, manufacturing, and technical teams. /liliMaintain detailed reports and manage CRM tools /liliStay on top of market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape. /li /ulpbYou /b /ppTo help propel this organisation forward under a new identity, you will bring: /pulliA Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services. /liliExcellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
