They will take care of the highest quality of all the services necessary for the perfect cleanliness of dishware, equipment and tools used to in restaurants and bars to serve Guests and to prepare their food beverages experience in the events, banqueting, SPA and in the rooms/suites. Our dishwashers’ professionalism is crucial to contribute to raise the standards in all the FB outlets by operating in an impeccable way. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Activities /strong /pulliOperate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations and trash compactors. /liliMonitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastages, /liliEnsure cleaning activities of all dishware and cutlery, glasses and wash pots, pans and other kitchen utensils according to performance standards. /liliInspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, constantly checking if any items need to be re-scrubbed and re-washed. /liliRack and spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue.
