Role Overview We’re seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Graphic & Video Designer to produce visually striking and strategically aligned content across digital channels. This role blends graphic design, motion design, and video production to tell powerful brand and product stories that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and deliver assets that make complex SaaS technology accessible and visually compelling.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce engaging visual content for social media, email, web, and paid campaigns
Create short‑form and long‑form marketing videos—including product demos, testimonials, and event highlights
Edit and optimize videos for various formats (YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) ensuring brand and technical consistency
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visual and narrative alignment
Support campaign and content calendars with timely delivery of high‑quality design and video assets
Assist in developing marketing collateral such as presentations, one‑pagers, and event visuals
Requirements
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in graphic and video design, ideally in a SaaS or tech marketing environment
A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, product storytelling, and social‑first content
Proficiency in design and video tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar
Experience producing and editing video content for multiple digital channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, etc.)
Understanding of storytelling principles, composition, pacing, and sound design in video
Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across digital formats
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams
Highly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments
