Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead the logistics team and oversee inbound, B2B and B2C outbound logistics, warehouse, and reworking operations. Your goal will be to improve operational efficiency, service levels, cost management, and customer experience in the UK and North America. You will coordinate with inventory and transport planning teams and work with our European logistics partner in Italy for emerging markets. Your main challenge will be to drive our digital transformation and achieve customer-centricity, process improvements, and cost optimization. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring excellent service to B2B and B2C customers and supporting sales Managing 3PL performance Leading project and process improvements Managing staff and team development Specific tasks include: Managing logistics agreements and partnerships Collaborating with inventory planners to coordinate shipments and monitor inbound flows Implementing business processes with UK and North American 3PLs to meet service targets Overseeing retail order processing and replenishment metrics Minimizing logistics and freight costs while maintaining quality Motivating and managing internal teams and external partners Mitigating operational risks affecting the supply chain Working with regulatory teams to ensure accurate product data management Driving supply chain performance improvements and innovation Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities Adopting new technologies and industry trends Key objectives include: Enhancing B2B process efficiency through automation Improving B2C service levels and delivery performance Reducing logistics costs and reworks Motivating staff and partners Additional objectives may be assigned as needed. The role involves working with SAP Business ByDesign ERP and other online business systems.
