Key Responsibilities: Performing general secretarial tasks for the Managing Director, including managing the agenda, screening telephone calls, preparing documentation for conference calls and meetings, and providing general support as needed. Supporting the organization of meetings, conference calls with clients, and large audience meetings. Assisting in the organization of client events, management presentations, and other business-related events. Handling administrative work related to deal follow-up and supporting the distribution of required documents to internal departments. Coordinating room bookings for calls and meetings. Organizing business trips (flights, trains, hotel arrangements, logistics) and preparing travel expenses, ensuring compliance with relevant policies. Candidate Requirements: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of Excel. Additional Information: Contract: 6-month initial temporary contract with potential for extension. Salary: RAL to be evaluated based on seniority (up to €55,000). Location: Milan city center.
