Mission and main objectives: The mission of the S&M Controller is to establish the budget report, actual and forecast performance and challenge the organization. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Develop Annual S&M Budget (VME and P&L consolidation); - Monitor performance against Budget, and identify cost reduction opportunities; - Develop forecast of S&M expenses (VME); - Month end closing activities for S&M (VME and P&L consolidation); - Preparation of financial reports to HQ; - Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliation; - Support and coordination of the external audit team for incentives; - Key person for JSOX control (Incentives); - Key person for PM. KPIs: Forecast accuracy. Education: Bachelor's degree in business or finance; Fluent English and Italian Regional language required. Capena Roma Italy
