In your position you will be focused on maximizing sales results with the current portfolio of clients, creating value in our proposition and developing new markets and solutions. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and develop current client portfolio according to company’s strategy, acting as a partner of choice, identifying valuable self‑adhesive solutions /liliProfitably grow share of wallet of existing customers, taking advantage of company’s unvaluable product offer, being transversal on different verticals /liliScout new markets and customers /liliBuild long‑term relationships with accounts /liliPivot within the organization to deliver a distinctive level of service to our clients /liliContribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium‑term results, tailor‑making it to the local market /liliWork closely with the marketing team to deliver technical training /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli3+ years’ experience in commercial roles, preferably B2B sectors, with the ability to understand and influence key industries (Wine, Food, HPC, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical) /liliIdeally previous experience in the self‑adhesive labels, packaging or printing industry, or a related sector that serves printers (inks, equipment, etc.) /liliProven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customer accounts /liliDemonstrated experience of working accurately in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (e.g., margin monitoring, CRM, etc.) /liliCommercial attitude, strong customer orientation and a structured approach based on a sales account plan /liliStrong analytical skills, with the ability to develop insights into the market/business /liliGood problem‑solving skills, supporting proactively and actively in the post‑sales phase /liliReliability, high energy, teamwork and excellent communication and people skills /liliAbility to work and deliver results in a complex environment, tolerating a certain degree of ambiguity /liliProficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written /li /ulpLocation: Basiano (MI) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
