Role:
We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably in multinational companies.
You will be directly onsite with our customers, handling incoming tickets from users:
Setting up PC workplaces
Performing installations, migrations, and rollouts
Managing user accounts via Active Directory
Providing user support for MS Office, Windows, and other software issues
Managing stock and asset inventory
Supporting meeting and conference rooms
Providing smart hand support for server and network devices
You will assist users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach.

Monteriggioni (Siena - fully onsite)
Employment:
Tempo parziale job (2 days/week), 1-year fixed-term contract with potential for permanence
Requirements:
2+ years of IT experience (or equivalent) in a similar role
Proficiency in English and Italian
Experience Level 2 Support in large enterprise companies
Familiarity with ticketing systems
