We are looking to hire a Sales Operations & Support Specialist for our Italian plant in Colognola ai Colli (VR). The role is responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle. The role also, executes sales operations activities and reinforces customer relationships management by foresting effective communication between Sales Division and customers. Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes: - Support Sales Division by processing software, professional services and identifying further opportunities. - Track accuracy and execution of customers’ orders through process flow to ensure best possible outcome for clients and responds to customer inquiries. - Support Sales Operation & Support Supervisor by Initiating the sales documentation; quote, purchase orders, licenses & software authorizations. - Identify and resolves customer requests through ERP system (SAP). - Generate order progress reports in order to ensure customer expectations for delivery are communicated and met and performs forecasting for possible demand. - Submit order progress reports and indicates level of service and customer rate satisfaction as per pre-defined KPIs. - Identify proactively new tools and/or new integrations, in order to support customer relationship management and drive overall automation and efficiency of the Sales Division. - Provide feedback regarding problematic cases and areas for continuous improvement by taking into consideration customer needs and requests to Customer Service Manager. Experience: - BSc in Economics, Business or relevant fields - At least 4 years of working experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the industry sector - Fluency in English, both written and verbal - Fluency in French and/or Spanish will be considered as a plus - ERP Software (SAP would be a plus) - MS office _ What we offer you _ To start with, we give you the opportunity to thrive in a restless team and grow your potential in an innovative environment.
