Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, direct, supervise and evaluate the technology support services team of 1 internal and up to 10 external resources
* Familiar with Change and Configuration Management processes.
* Understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts (nice-to-have ITIL Foundations v3 certification)
* Mentored and coached service provider onsite leads to be successful and develop the skills necessary to serve as the future model for this activity.
* Monitor workflows, develop quality control procedures and testing to deliver high quality and proven solutions to end users.
* Manage technology vendor relationships and service agreements for hardware, software, and applications.
* Communicate effectively to establish and maintain relationships with Corporate Functions, employees, and third parties.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite
* Review of root cause of all incidents and use this information to identify Problem Management opportunities
* Second point of contact for technical support team (First is internal)
