IT support team and your responsibilities will include:Laptop setup and maintenance (setting up new laptops, installing software and security tools, maintaining existing laptops)User account activations (activating user accounts for new employees, setting up email, calendar, and collaboration tools, managing user account permissions)Saa S administration (managing the organization's Saa S applications, setting up new accounts, managing user permissions, troubleshooting issues)Remote support (providing support to employees working remotely or experiencing technology issues)Ticketing system management (managing the organization's ticketing system, tracking and prioritizing support requests, ensuring timely issue resolution)Documentation and knowledge sharing (documenting common issues and solutions, sharing knowledge with team members)Vendor and service provider management (working with external partners to ensure technology systems are up-to-date and running optimally)This position requires presence in our office in Turin, in order to provide maintenance of IT office infrastructure and local support to colleaguesMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.3+ years of experience in IT, Engineering Support, or related area.2+ years of experience in operating system or software application troubleshooting (e.g., root cause analysis, debugging).Physical RequirementsFrequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to 2 miles.Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 40 lbs.What you bring3-5 years of experience in IT support roles in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issuesBS/MS in Computer Science or other technical-related fieldsExperience in leading an IT Support team, distributing and reviewing work assignment, planningKnowledge of Windows, mac OS, and Linux systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshootingProficiency with ticketing/service desk software (JIRA)Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Google Compute Cloud)Familiarity with network setup for office e.g. Wi‐fi Access Points and similarUnderstanding of IT security principles, cybersecurity best practices, antivirus, endpoint management and threat preventionAbility to speak and write in EnglishBonus pointsCertifications in IT administration / Cloud technologies and platforms
