We're looking for a Brand & Partnerships Specialist who can lead AlfaDocs' strategic partnerships and brand awareness initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a function that sits at the intersection of growth and brand, hoining our growing Marketing Team.
Your Role
- Partnerships & Alliances
* Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with medical associations, SaaS providers, resellers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
* Develop co-marketing programs to drive shared value and increase AlfaDocs visibility.
* Maintain a partner engagement plan with clear KPIs.
- Events & Activations
* Own AlfaDocs' event strategy: conferences, webinars, meetups, and hosted gatherings.
* Coordinate logistics, messaging, speakers, and post-event reporting.
* Explore innovative formats like virtual clinics, demos, or "day in the life" partner collabs.
- Brand & Communications
* Shape and evolve our brand voice, identity, and visual system across all touchpoints.
* Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design to unify brand storytelling.
* Develop awareness campaigns for specific markets (e.g., dental, general practice, orthopedics).
Requirements
* 4+ years experience in marketing, partnerships, or brand management roles (preferably in SaaS, B2B, or healthtech).
* Track record of launching brand campaigns and/or managing strategic relationships.
* Strong project management, writing, and storytelling skills.
* Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and external stakeholders.
* Fluency in English and Italian required
Administrative Info
* Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
* Annual Salary: 35K-40K + bonus
* Location: Milan, Italy (Via Eritrea n Palazzo Tecniche Nuove)
* Office Model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
* Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
* Start Date: October 2025
