Join Fineco Bank as part of the Internal DSA team to lead operation and delivery management for mission‑critical systems. You will collaborate with development and security groups to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud-based services. You’ll guide architecture, design decisions, and troubleshooting to optimize performance, security, and cost. This role offers impact through cloud migration, scalable operations, and cross‑functional leadership in a fast‑growing digital bank.

Responsibilities
* 5+ years in Microsoft systems management, IT operations, server infrastructure (Windows)
* Extensive knowledge of core Azure services (IaaS, PaaS) from design to production
* Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred)
* 3+ years xjrgpwk with Microsoft core services on premise & cloud (e.g., Exchange Online, Azure AD, AIP, SCCM)
* Virtualization tech experience (HyperV, VMware)
* 3+ years with Microsoft 365
* Bachelor's degree in CS, math, engineering or equivalent IT experience
* Cloud certifications (Azure or vendor neutral) are a plus
* Microsoft certifications are a plus
