Position: Technical Services Engineer Reporting to: Technical Service Director in HQ Package: Negotiable, competitive salary HR Contact: Job Description: 1.Provide after-sales work; 2.Responsible for supporting and assisting the sales team to solve the technical problems of large storage business, and provide application suggestions; 3. Independently provide external technical training; 4. Handle after-sales problems and customer complaints (batch and safety-related customer complaints, including handling, feedback, follow-up improvement and regular report summary); 5. Maintain good communication with sales, R & D and other internal departments and customers; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, electrical, electronic, energy related major; 2.Large storagebusiness related technical support experience, relevant overseas experience is preferred; 3.English can be used as a working language, oral communication can be barrier-free; 4.Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and coordination; 5. Accept business trips.
