As a Finance Professional in the Subsidiaries Controlling Team, you partner with international subsidiaries to drive performance management and strategic decision-making. You will assess actuals, forecasts and budgets, translating financial data into actionable insights for local management and Headquarters. You play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives to boost profitability, working capital and cash flow. Your work supports Technogym's global strategy and governance across geographies.

* Conduct monthly financial performance analysis across actuals, forecasts and budgets
* Identify variances, trends, risks and opportunities and translate results for local and HQ stakeholders
* Support and challenge monthly business reviews with subsidiary leadership
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize profitability, working capital and cash generation
* Oversee monthly closing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with reporting standards
* Partner with subsidiary finance managers to implement best practices and improve processes
* Contribute to business cases, scenario analyses and ad hoc financial evaluations
* Prepare materials for Top Management and key stakeholders
* Travel to subsidiaries regularly to reinforce governance and support action execution
Responsabilità
* 10+ years of progressive finance experience in multinational settings
* Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or related field
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous
* Proven expertise in financial performance analysis and core statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
* Track record in leading operational improvement projects with measurable financial impact
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong ERP experience (e.g., SAP) and BI tools
* Strong strategic and analytical mindset with clear communication to financial and non-financial stakeholders
* Solid project management skills in a fast-paced, international environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Passion for sports, pro-activity and ethical framework
