Amazon is seeking a Business Development Manager for our Europe Delivery Service Partner business. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage Delivery Service Partner accounts in Italy and collaborate with internal teams to create, innovate, and transform processes for launching new delivery programs in Italy, creating opportunities for our Delivery Service Partners.
This position requires some travel (up to 20%).
Key job responsibilities
* End-to-end ownership of IT DSP2.0 recruitment and vetting.
* Launch programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and report on the progress of key objectives.
* Develop understanding of Last Mile Delivery methods and collaborate with the EU Acquisition Business Development Team to implement programs across EU.
* Work with stakeholders to understand program needs, timelines, and challenges; develop processes and execute the team roadmap for EU delivery program launches.
* Build collaborative relationships with Product, Program, Field teams, and other stakeholders to gather information, set action plans, and monitor execution.
* Communicate core deliverables to key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to complete deals.
* Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar.
* Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
* Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
* Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps.
