Design tailor-made Italy itineraries (FIT & small groups)
Manage client communication from inquiry to post-travel
Prepare proposals and convert inquiries into bookings
Coordinate hotels, guides, and local suppliers
Ensure accuracy of pricing, margins, and documentation
