Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the Plant Quality function to guarantee CE conformity and supplier, operations, and customer quality across the production site. You will build and guide a multi‐discipline quality team aligned with KION's quality guidelines and drive ongoing process improvements. You will partner with local management and CTO-related stakeholders to shape Quality initiatives and audits in a dynamic, global environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and develop the local quality team (Supplier Quality, Operations Quality, Customer Quality, Quality Management System)
Ensure factory product quality meets market and legal CE requirements
Standardize production processes and implement KION Quality guidelines
Implement best‐practice QA measures, audit lines and products, plan quality gates, train staff, and support shop floor quality
Evaluate external plant quality at customers and drive improvement measures (Customer Quality)
Act as CTO Onsite representative and primary contact for local stakeholders
Participate in local management meetings and steering committees
Support external audits (ISO 9001, environmental audits, etc.)
Coordinate solutions within CTO processes for quality and supply issues
Responsabilità Engineering degree with strong production process and quality experience
15+ years in production quality management
10+ years in automotive or sub‐supplier environments
International work experience preferred
Leadership experience in multi‐department quality organizations
Shop floor quality experience
Strong knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, APQP, 8D, Control Plan, root cause analysis
Lean and Six Sigma knowledge preferred
Strong communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
Team development and skill‐development execution
Software skills: Microsoft Office, SAP, PowerBI
Fluent in Italian and English
Willingness to travel
