Bvlgari Spa Within its Trade & Retail Marketing team based in Rome, is seeking a Trade & Retail Marketing Specialist focused on Jewellery, Watches and Leather Goods. This role will support in driving dynamic in-store experiences through full orchestration of Trade and Retail Marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a comprehensive Retail Experience to animate stores, engage clients, and activate all touchpoints in alignment with commercial objectives. Furthermore, he/she will coordinate global Markets, supporting the Global Go-To-Market Strategy and leveraging local insights to maximize opportunities.
Main Accountabilities
* Design and deliver innovative Retail experiences that are strategically aligned with the Brand identity and meet client needs across all channels.
* Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders (from brief to execution) to ensure seamless delivery and implementation, consistently adhering to project objectives.
* Lead and manage experience design projects from initial concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and strong alignment with business objectives.
* Actively participate in transversal projects, contributing to the creation of compelling presentations, comprehensive Launch Packages, and essential support materials.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of client experience initiatives, collaborating with global Markets Planning & Implementation leads to leverage data-driven insights and make strategic adjustments that optimize and improve performance.
Requirements
* 5 years’ experience in similar roles, background within agencies is considered a plus
* Ability to work well in a complex and changing environment
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and strong ability in identify key priorities, while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Extremely organized, proactive and highly attentive to details
* Fluency in Italian and English
