We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Italy.
* This role will require you to act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
* You will own and drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Verification of payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance is also a key responsibility.
* In addition, you will provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
* You will also be responsible for admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
