Affiliate program strategist & manager needed for home decor & design ecommerce

We are CupidoDesign, an established and growing ecommerce brand in the home decor and design space.

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Program Strategist and Manager to help us create, launch and manage our affiliate program.

We want to build a structured affiliate channel with creators, bloggers, influencers, publishers, interior design pages, decor communities and selected partners who can promote our products in an authentic and scalable way.

This role includes both the strategic setup and the ongoing management of the affiliate program.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Defining the affiliate program structure
• Recommending the best tools or platforms
• Creating the affiliate onboarding flow
• Finding and recruiting potential affiliates
• Managing affiliate relationships
• Monitoring sales and performance
• Suggesting improvements to increase revenue
• Creating reports and insights
• Coordinating with our internal team on assets, offers and campaigns
