Responsibilities include:
* Providing HR and legal support on employee matters, including performance management, investigations, and compensation & benefits.
* Drafting and revising employment agreements, offer letters, severance, and confidentiality agreements.
* Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, handling contract changes, system updates, and document processing.
* Administering labor contracts for foreign and freelance employees and assisting with visa documentation.
* Collaborating on employee welfare and benefits initiatives with the People Operations team.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
* Supporting internal reorganizations, legal restructurings, financing, investment operations, and acquisitions.
