You will lead, train, and inspire a team of Room Attendants to ensure every suite, guest room, and public space reflects meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a refined eye for quality, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliTeam Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure Aman's exacting standards are consistently met. /liliQuality Assurance: Conduct rigorous daily inspections of guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and perfect aesthetic presentation. /liliGuest Experience: Anticipate guest needs, seamlessly accommodate special requests, and resolve any housekeeping-related concerns with grace and efficiency. /liliInventory Amenities: Oversee the management of linens, luxury amenities, and cleaning supplies.
