Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens, is looking for a Customer Relationship Management Support to join the UNOX Customer Experience Team.
The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:
* Excellent knowledge of the English language and a second language (German, French, or Spanish)
The CRM role involves the following activities:
1. Developing UNOX customers by acquiring new contacts and proposing our products to them;
2. Qualifying business contacts and translating them into sales processes;
3. Supporting and managing marketing campaigns;
4. Satisfying the requests of current customers through maintenance and follow-up activities;
5. Ensuring the success of UNOX and customer satisfaction;
6. Promoting and organizing demonstrations for our sales staff;
7. Managing customer master data and arranging updates;
8. Standardizing CRM processes;
9. Collecting data and information of a commercial nature;
10. Managing contact with the administration, production, procurement, and logistics areas.
