Position: Expediter - Post Order Department The Expediter is responsible for monitoring the progress of assigned material supplies, in agreement with the Post Order Manager, ensuring compliance with contractual dates and planned methods. The role involves coordinating with technical functions, procurement, and suppliers, providing timely updates on supply progress, deviations, and critical issues to facilitate proper planning and shipping activities. Key Activities & Responsibilities: Define the type and frequency of expediting activities with the Post Order Manager and the Expediting & Inspection Category Manager, aligned with the supply budget. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with suppliers to ensure an efficient supply process. Verify and define supply phases with vendors, monitor compliance, and communicate any deviations, impacts, and recovery actions. Ensure the production of all required documentation by vendors, with particular attention to key documents necessary for supply continuation. Monitor approval cycles of project documentation, promote interventions between vendors and technical services, and address deviations impacting contractual deadlines. Produce expediting reports within agreed timelines, documenting activities and communications with suppliers. Request and verify information from suppliers regarding weights, volumes, packing lists, and transport drawings prior to contractual deadlines. Analyze expediting reports from external agencies, identify critical issues, and collaborate on corrective actions with relevant functions. Upon final inspection approval, proceed with the technical release of materials using company tools. Personal Attributes: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector (plus). Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Effective team player and communicator.
