We are seeking a highly motivated Group E-Shop Manager to join our Group e-Commerce team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV). B2C Online Shop Manager will be responsible for managing and developing all our B2C Online Shops in Europe (11 Countries). She / He will also play a role in the commercial strategy and development of our B2C business. Job functions include shop management, promotional planning, customer sales data analysis, development and execution of online sales activations, coordination with performance marketing and CRM, optimization of marketing/sales funnel and onsite customer journey/UX, sales forecasting, and demand planning. Align order flow with back office. Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of our online stores, including sales targets, product portfolio planning, and ensuring product availability for high growth. Coordinate activities related to performance marketing and KPI optimization. Develop digital marketing and sales strategies for customer acquisition and activation with the team and external partners. Analyze customer journeys and implement strategies to enhance personalized shopping experiences. Continuously improve UX and UI for positive user experiences. Identify trends and potentials for online channel development and optimization. Optimize on-site search and product placement. Monitor and define business KPIs focusing on traffic and conversion, and contribute new ideas. Participate in all S&OP processes for Eshop stock availability. Interface with IT, Marketing, Sales, external partners, and internal departments to implement new functionalities. Skills & Qualifications Completed commercial or technical degree or relevant specialist training in e-commerce. 3-5 years of experience in online store management or e-commerce, ideally in consumer goods. Experience in SEO and SEA implementation. Project management experience, especially in IT projects. Proficiency with CMS and e-commerce platforms; Magento 2.0 knowledge preferred. Experience as a platform owner in agile environments. Analytical, KPI-driven, self-reliant, with a high-service mindset. Understanding of technical interfaces and process flows in online store systems. Initiative, teamwork, and proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
