PpPosting Date: 26 May 2026 /p pCity: Genova /p pLocation: Genova, IT, 16129 /p pContract Type: Permanent /p pDivision: Electronics and System Engineering /p pLevel of Experience: Junior /p pRINA is currently recruiting for a bIntegration System Engineer /b to join its office in bGenoa /b within the bElectronics and System Engineering /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pThis role is focused on performing detailed plan and design reviews, resolving issues related to conflicting design requirements, ensuring client requirements and applicable standards are met. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 pPerforming detailed engineering plan review, in compliance with applicable RINA rules, international conventions and contractual requirements. /p pResolve issues related to conflicting design requirements and material standards. /p pPerforming structural assessments and provide specialist advice for service delivery, research or development work within agreed broad parameters that include budget constraints and contractual requirements. /p pOverseeing and managing day‑to‑day project elements, visit sites to take measurements. /p pEnsure correct and up‑to‑date data is used and complete documentation is submitted to officials and other day‑to‑day duties. /p pDeveloping project schedules and deliverable timelines under the supervision of more experienced engineers. /p pReviewing the project deliverables (technical reports, project performance documentations and engineering drawings, etc.). /p pReviewing progress reports and taking appropriate action to ensure requirements are met. /p pBeing aware and understanding the Quality Policy. /p pEnsuring that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS, controlling of data, taking care of equipment and workstation, and respecting delivery times, and any issue that contributes to both internal and external customer satisfaction. /p pContributing to the QMS improvement according to his/her role. /p pAssessing complex structural problems for internal/external clients to determine solutions with minimal supervision. /p pAnswering complex contractor questions on behalf of the supervising engineer, and serving as liaisons between engineering and construction personnel. /p h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Other /p h3Qualifications /h3 pBasic knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electromechanical/hydraulic systems. /p pReading and interpretation of technical drawings. /p pAbility to perform risk analyses. /p ul liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /li liFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /li liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. /li liINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. /li liDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. /li /ul pAt RINA, we endeavor to create a work environment where every single person is valued and encouraged to develop new ideas.
