Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Oversee multiple innovation and product renovation projects, ensuring efficient progression and effective resource management.
* Research and Development: Conduct literature evaluations, design and run experiments, analyze data to develop new cosmetic ingredients.
* Team Leadership: Guide and mentor laboratory staff, fostering a cooperative and innovative research environment.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, QA/QC, regulatory, and applied R&D teams to align projects with market trends and customer needs.
* Technical Reporting: Generate comprehensive technical reports, standard operating procedures, and present findings in internal and global research meetings.
Requirements
* A master's degree in chemical science, C.T.F, Material Science or similar.
* Strong knowledge of Cosmetic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Analytical Chemistry.
* Previous experience (5-10 years) in cosmetics or food ingredients
* Experience in managing R&D teams
* Fluency in written and spoken English
