The role includes overseeing industrial maintenance and interfacing with the engineering department for the design, installation, and commissioning of complex systems for food processing and packaging. /ppIn this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to lead and promote a continuous improvement culture playing a pivotal role in guiding the entire organization towards a new, highly automated and efficient plant management. /ppReporting directly to the Operations Management and the Corporate Engineering Department, the candidate will be involved in strategic investment and plant development projects, acting as the technical point of reference. /ppSuccess in this pivotal role, offers the candidate the chance to connect and network within the Group and the opportunity for a career development both at national and international level. /ppbKey responsibilities : /b /pulliLead and drive implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure full operational efficiency of the plants; /liliDelivering operational excellence through flawless equipment functioning in a proactive and timely manner identifying pragmatic and cost-effective solution, making quick decisions and delivering expected outcome; /liliCollaboration with the engineering department for the installation and commissioning of new production equipment; /liliOversight and coordination of external service contractors on site, providing support in resolving complex issues; /liliTechnical planning of maintenance activities in synergy with production needs; /liliAnalysis and optimization of plant performance using technical KPIs and monitoring tools; /liliImplementation of digital tools for maintenance management; /liliCollaboration with cross-functional internal and external teams to implement the maintenance strategy and facilitate the smooth transition of processes, technology and culture within the organization; /liliCompliance responsibility for safety regulations and company policies of all equipment by role modelling safe working practices and the right behaviours to embed a solid HSE culture; /liliDeveloping and delivering a sustainable and solid energy management strategy aimed at energy efficiency, responsible use of resources minimizing waste and impact on the environment through the optimization of all plant utilities, including water, gas, and electrical systems; /liliPreparing accurate technical documentation of the process and setup configurations, utility and equipment usage, and energy consumption reports adjusting strategies. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliDegree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent; /liliPrevious experience in a management role within the food production or manufacturing enviroment; /liliSolid expertise in maintenance, project engineering, commissioning and continuous improvement of production systems; /liliAbility to manage technical teams and coordinate cross-functional activities; /liliKnowledge of safety regulations and food quality standards; /liliGood knowledge of English language; /liliStrong leadership, communication and organizational skills. /li /ulpHuman Value is responsible for activities of Search Selection (Aut.
