Experteer OverviewIn this role within the Group Administration and Taxation team, you drive the digital transformation of administrative and accounting processes through automation and AI. You analyze end-to-end processes, define requirements and business cases, and partner with IT to test and implement AI solutions. You monitor trends in AI and automation to keep finance processes modern and compliant. The position is based in Milan and supports the Group Accounting, VAT and Customs Sr. Manager, contributing to scalable, data‐driven finance operations.Retribuzione / BenefitsAnalyze end-to-end administrative and accounting processes to identify automation opportunities (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, GL reconciliations, reporting, VAT, document management)Gather business requirements, design target processes, and define KPIs and business casesCollaborate with IT teams to test, validate, and implement AI and automation solutionsMonitor regulatory, technological, and market trends related to AI, automation, and digitalization of administrative and finance processesResponsabilitàStrong knowledge of key accounting and administrative processesExperience with SAP (FI, CO, MM, SD)Experience in data-driven automation and digital transformation projects (RPA / AI)Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI solutions applied to Finance processesA degree in Economics, Administration, Management Engineering, or related fieldsProven experience in Finance, Administration, Project management or Controlling roles, with exposure to digital transformation initiativesFluent English (spoken and written)
