Join our Customer Service team in Opera (MI) and become the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will connect clients with our operations and sales teams, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from order to production. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real impact on our customers’ journey, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the sales order process for your assigned customers, ensuring smooth execution from order registration to on-time delivery. Be the point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering a responsive and exceptional customer experience. Resolve complaints and questions efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities to impress. Keep customer records accurate and up to date CRM. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and a coordinated approach to customer needs. Continuously refine customer service processes to improve the overall experience. Collect and analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance service performance. Qualifications Bachelor degree Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service B2B Strong customer orientation and exceptional customer service skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite Verbal and written communication skills in Italian (minimum level C2) and English (minimum level C1). German, French or Spanish would be a plus Experience in BI software is a plus Understanding of Incoterms, sales invoices and credit notes Knowledge of the fragrance, cosmetics, or chemical industry is a plus
