To expand our business in Italy, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support and manage HR functions at our new Milan office. Responsibilities Recruitment Coordinate and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, seminars, university relations, and networking to promote employer branding and attract talent. Research market and competitors to understand talent movement and develop effective recruitment plans. Support and improve the recruitment process. Compensation and Benefits Manage government-mandated insurance and health insurance processes. Handle employee paperwork including labor contracts, visas, work permits, and residence cards. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain knowledge of labor laws and company policies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations. Experience with IT recruitment. Efficient HR administration and people management skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Experience in a tech company with an international culture is preferred.
