The Credit Specialist will work within the Credit Management team, reporting directly to the Credit Manager, and will be responsible for: Managing daily customer account statements within assigned areas Recovering credits through phone/email reminders Monitoring credit levels and managing repayment plans with clients Recording collections Coordinating with the credit insurance provider to analyze credit limits Managing customer data regarding payment conditions Assisting in dispute management and preparing the credit impairment fund Supporting issues related to overdue accounts, claims, returns, and customer debit notes Supporting Customer Service in order blocking/unblocking and shipments Candidate Requirements Diploma or Degree in Economics or related fields Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within structured companies Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is appreciated Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Excel are preferred Precision, deadline management, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills are required Contract Details Permanent employment with the client company, with salary based on experience.
