Your challenges:
* Implementation of human resource management policies and strategies;
* Supporting Managers and Employees across the business in all HR matters;
* Driving employee engagement programs;
* Keeping HRIS system up to date;
* Coordination of HR projects for specified area of activity;
* Headcount management with the Heads of the Departments;
* Management of well being initiatives;
* Define training priorities and implement training plan
* Follow-up of employees management KPIs
